Locklear & Associates prepared construction plans and contract bid documents in accordance with FDOT standard specifications for the resurfacing of County Road 23D. The project consisted of resurfacing approximately 1.5 miles of existing paved roadway, regrading and reworking roadway shoulders, and paving of four county road connections.
Locklear & Associates evaluated the roadway geometry and speed limit for existing superelevated curves. Locklear & Associates also prepared the Maintenance of Traffic, pavement marking and signage plan, as well as the engineer’s estimate of probable cost.
