L&A performed a Transaction Screen Process (TSP) on a vacant, undeveloped lot in Gainesville, Florida to identify any Potential Environmental Concerns (PEC) on the property. After conducting a site inspection, reviewing past aerial photographs, and conducting interviews with the owner and neighbors, it was determined that no PEC’s were present. The TSP was performed in accordance with all requirements of ASTM E1528-14.
