Madison County is in the process of supporting commercial growth through the development of land in key target areas. One of their primary target areas includes a privately owned parcel. Locklear & Associates assisted the County in evaluating the potential purchase and development of the parcel.
Our team conducted a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment of the property and provided recommendations regarding potential issues related to development. Future issues include extending water and wastewater services to the area to promote commercial growth.
