Locklear & Associates is the Engineer of Record for a new 9,245 sq. ft. multipurpose building at the Hernando County Northwest Solid Waste Management Facility. The building will be a pre-engineered metal shell with both storage and office space.
The Locklear & Associates team designed the space to accommodate the storage of potentially flammable materials as well as machinery. The office space includes separate mechanical and electrical infrastructure as well as fire wall protection from the storage area.
